Return, Refund & Warranty Policy

This Return, Refund & Warranty Policy applies to all purchases made through the Wild & Soft webshop. By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms outlined below.

1. Right of Withdrawal (EU Consumers)

If you are a consumer residing in the European Union, you have the legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you, or a third party designated by you (other than the carrier), physically receives the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us before the withdrawal period expires by contacting:

If you withdraw from the contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including standard delivery costs where required by law, without undue delay and no later than 14 days after being informed of your decision to withdraw.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the returned goods or until you provide proof that the goods have been returned, whichever occurs first.

2. Voluntary Return Policy

In addition to your statutory rights, Wild & Soft offers a 30-day return period for eligible items purchased through our webshop.

To qualify for a return, the item must:

  • Be unused, unworn, and unwashed.

  • Be in its original condition.

  • Be returned in its original packaging.

  • Include all labels, tags, accessories, and documentation.

  • Be accompanied by proof of purchase.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

3. How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, please contact us at info@wildandsoft.com and provide:

  • Your order number or invoice number.

  • Your name, address, and telephone number.

  • The item(s) you wish to return.

  • The reason for the return.

  • Photos, where applicable (for damaged, defective, or incorrect items).

Please do not return products before receiving instructions from our customer service team.

Where applicable, a completed return form should be included with the returned package.

4. Return Shipping

For standard returns due to a change of mind, the cost and risk of returning the product are borne by the customer unless otherwise stated.

For products that are defective, damaged, or incorrectly delivered, Wild & Soft will cover reasonable return shipping costs where applicable.

If a return is sent with insufficient postage, any additional charges incurred may be deducted from the refund.

5. Inspection and Return Conditions

All returned items are inspected upon receipt.

We may refuse a return or issue only a partial refund where permitted by law if:

  • The product has been used, worn, washed, damaged, or altered after delivery.

  • Original packaging, tags, or accessories are missing.

  • The return does not comply with the conditions of this policy.

  • The return is received outside the applicable return period.

Returns submitted after the applicable return period may not be accepted.

6. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the outcome.

If approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method as soon as reasonably possible and no later than 14 days after approval.

Please note that processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Original shipping costs are refunded only where required by law or when the return results from our error.

7. Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item, please contact us at info@wildandsoft.com.

Exchanges are subject to product availability.

If the requested replacement item is unavailable, we may offer a refund instead. In some cases, you may be asked to return the original item and place a new order through our webshop.

8. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us as soon as possible at info@wildandsoft.com.

Please include:

  • Your order number.

  • A description of the issue.

  • Clear photos showing the problem.

We will review your request and provide an appropriate solution, which may include repair, replacement, refund, or another suitable resolution.

9. Warranty

At Wild & Soft, we strive to manufacture and deliver products of the highest quality. If a product develops a defect due to manufacturing or material faults, we will assess the issue and, where appropriate, repair, replace, or refund the product.

Warranty Exclusions

The warranty does not apply when defects result from:

  • Intentional damage or negligence.

  • Incorrect use or lack of maintenance.

  • Repairs, modifications, or alterations carried out by the customer or a third party without our authorization.

  • Natural or normal wear and tear.

  • Failure to follow product care or usage instructions.

Warranty Claims

To submit a warranty claim, please contact info@wildandsoft.com and provide:

  • Proof of purchase.

  • A detailed description of the issue.

  • Photographs where applicable.

Our Quality Control Department will perform an initial assessment and communicate a decision within 14 days of receiving the complaint.

Where necessary, we may request that the product be returned for further inspection. Additional instructions will be provided on a case-by-case basis.

10. Final Sale Items

Products marked as Final Sale at the time of purchase are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund unless they are defective, damaged, or incorrectly delivered.

11. Non-Returnable Items

Unless otherwise required by applicable law, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Final Sale items.

  • Personalized or made-to-order products.

  • Gift cards.

  • Products that have been used, worn, washed, damaged, or altered after delivery.
