Shipping Services

We ship all orders with GLS to ensure reliable and fast delivery. Orders can be delivered to any valid address (home, work, etc.). Please note that delivery to mailboxes or parcel lockers is not possible.

Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times after payment confirmation:

  • Belgium: 1 business day

  • Germany, Austria: 2 business days

  • France, Poland, Spain, Switzerland: 3 business days

  • Italy: 4 business days

  • Rest of the world: approximately 7 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to external factors such as customs processing or courier delays.

Shipping costs are calculated based on your delivery country and order value. The exact cost will be shown at checkout after entering your shipping address.

For countries not listed above, shipping costs will be calculated at checkout using our real-time shipping simulator. If your country is not available, please contact us at info@wildandsoft.com and we will provide a competitive custom shipping offer.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped with GLS, you will receive an email confirmation from our courier service containing your tracking number, allowing you to follow your delivery in real time.

Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before completing your order.

If you notice an error, contact us immediately at sebastien@wildandsoft.com.

  • If the order has not yet been shipped, we can update the address.

  • If the order has already been shipped, changes are no longer possible.

  • In this case, the package will be returned to us, and we will contact you to arrange reshipment (additional shipping costs may apply).
